My dear and I were so free at home that we baked our very homemade pineapple tarts! It's a lot of hard work to make pineapple tarts from scratch. Grating pineapple to make the jam, continuous stirring of pineapple jam for 45 mins, making pastry and finally baking them in the oven. It's all hard work! But we love the end results though they dont look as pretty as the ones we buy for cny.
