Dear volunteered me to bake his mom's birthday cake.. Since baking is my passion, I bravely accepted the task!

The making of the cake...

Spreading a yummylicious layer of ganache over the prebaked chocolate chiffon cake with chocolate whipped cream sanwiched between two layers.



taa daa! The cake is finally done and ready! It says 妈妈我爱您 but it isnt me saying that! Dear chose that add-on so itz him saying 妈妈我爱您. I love my own 妈妈! =D

It was really hard work with lots of effort put into baking this cake coz it had to be baked one day in advance to allow the cake to set overnight b4 I can spread the ganache layer over. Everything is made from scratch. No cheating involved! Im proud of myself! *pat my back* =)

In order not to make my own mommy jealous, I've decided to bake my mom's favourite crumbly blueberry muffins! Plus 3 chocolate ones specially for my brother.. hahaa..
