it nv occured to me dat I m a person who used to put more value to the outcome than the process it takes for me to get sth. I always thought that Im a sensible gal as I can often advice pple on wad and how to deal with problems in their lives.

But now, i finally understood the real meaning of wad is meant by the process is more impt than the outcome. I feel so relieved and no longer that stressed when I know no matter how much I worry about the outcome, I cant predict it. It is the process that determines the outcome and nt the other way right. I have to get this into my head!

Am soooo tired after two consecutive days of classes till 10pm... I shall let myself take a break today coz even if I study today, nth is going to go into my exhausted brain. I shall play hard and let my brain recuperate... =)
