i jus realised dat i choose whether to b happy or unhappy. been really upset n had frequent moodswings for a few days. after venting it all out, i realised dat i have been living in self denial. refusing to face the reality. hmmm, shall choose to b happy and jus make the best out of wad i can. yup.
